We called Transport Holdings at 2:30 am on a Saturday morning advising them that one of the production plant’s critical parts have failed. Transport Holdings immediately mobilized their entire logistics team to move heaven and earth and coordinated the entire project from their end and we were back up and running before 10 am the same day. This saved our business millions and this is the logistics partner we want to deal with our emergencies. 
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the borders were shut without notice and this posed major risks for a land-locked country like Botswana. Transport Holdings were the ones who engaged with the border officials, and Transport and Industry Ministries and came up with innovative ideas to ensure safety measures were put in place in record time to ensure Botswana was not cut off from its much-needed supplies.
